Overview
Along with traditional HTTP cookies where needed for core site operation, this Site may use browser local storage and session storage for specific features. This page summarises those uses in plain language. For personal data processing more broadly, see our Privacy policy.
Strictly necessary / functional
- Session and security. Our application may set session cookies (or equivalent) to maintain security tokens (for example, CSRF protection) when you use forms or interactive features that require it.
- Theme preference. If you use the colour-scheme selector in the footer (when enabled), your choice may be stored locally so the Site remembers it on return visits.
Analytics and pseudonymous identifiers
The Site may generate and persist a pseudonymous analytics identifier in local storage so we can group page events into a coarse session for product improvement. This identifier is not intended to identify you personally, but it may be combined with technical metadata described in our Privacy policy.
Contact form convenience
Some client-side features may store a short-lived timestamp in local storage to prevent accidental duplicate submissions (for example, a cooldown between sends). That data stays on your device unless transmitted as part of a form you explicitly submit.
Third-party content
We may load fonts or scripts from reputable CDNs (for example, Google Fonts). Those providers may process technical data according to their own policies. Review your browser’s privacy controls if you wish to limit such requests.
Managing preferences
Most browsers let you block or clear cookies and site data. If you clear storage, preferences such as theme or analytics session grouping may reset. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break forms or security features.
Updates
We will revise this page if we introduce new storage mechanisms that meaningfully change your privacy—for example, advertising cookies or embedded social trackers.
